Bookwards book that you think about the most
Unplugged, because I go to camp in the summer where you can’t have devices and I sometimes compare it to The Oasis in my head.
The last book you read
The Rise, which is the prequel to The School for Good and Evil.
Let’s say you could go to sleep and wake up in one of the Bookwards books, which book would you want to be in and why?
Percy Jackson, because I know my way around NYC. I could be in the book and go to my real apartment!
Favorite author
James Patterson and Stuart Gibbs. If I got a third, it would be Gordon Korman.
What is your favorite thing about Dana
She is much less strict than my dad!
Top thing you do, aside from reading?
Playing sports. Especially baseball and hockey.
What is your favorite sport and team to watch?
Baseball, the Mets.
What favorite thing do you own?
My Ken Griffey Jr. baseball card with an error. They messed up the photo on the back, which makes it a one-of-one card.

I do! I’m a lawyer who started a business.

Sinking on a cruise ship.

Pizza

Bleak House, by Charles Dickens.

I used to have the highest level of security clearance in the country when I worked in government.

Bookwards book that you think about the most
Percy Jackson and the Chalice of the Gods, because it takes place in NYC where I live, so I sometimes think about the scenes when I pass by the places where they took place – like Times Square and Madison Square Park.
The last book you read
Wilderlore by Amanda Foody.
Let’s say you could go to sleep and wake up in one of the Bookwards books, which book would you want to be in and why?
School for Good and Evil, but only if I get to be in Good. And specifically I’d love to wake up in the candy classroom.

What is your favorite thing about Sam
That he decided to podcast with me! And that he is insanely good at Scrabble.

My kids would say work. But I say…ya, probably work.
